Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates from job portals, internal databases, and professional networks

Maintain updated candidate records in ATS (e.g., Taleo, SAP)

Share qualified profiles with recruiters as per business needs

Stay updated with market trends, sourcing tools, and competitor benchmarks

Prepare and share sourcing reports as needed

Requirements:
✅ 2–6 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment
✅ Proficient in job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies
✅ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
✅ Bachelor's degree (MBA HR preferred)
✅ Experience with passive sourcing techniques is a plus
