We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and manage end-to-end candidate coordination. In this role, you will be the face of the candidate experience—handling interview scheduling, logistics, documentation, and recruitment operations for one of the world’s most recognized consulting brands.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, in-person) with candidates and business teams.
Manage all recruitment logistics including meeting rooms, travel, assessments, and onboarding schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Recruitment Management System (RMS).
Handle pre-hire assessments and manage documentation using tools such as SFDC.
Support high-volume recruitment drives, weekend hiring, and blitz events.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Graduate with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Prior internship or experience in recruitment operations is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of RMS/ATS tools preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
