Valuation & Modelling Analyst

Valuation & Modelling Analysts support business valuation and financial modelling engagements for mergers, acquisitions, investments and financial reporting purposes. The role involves building and reviewing financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting market and industry research and assisting in fair value assessments. Analysts work closely with senior team members to deliver accurate, data-driven insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in business and asset valuation assignments
2. Build and update financial models (DCF, comparable analysis, projections)
3. Analyze financial statements and historical performance
4. Conduct industry, market, and company research
5. Support preparation of valuation reports and presentations
6. Ensure compliance with valuation standards and guidelines

Qualifications

1. Chartered Accountant (CA)
2. Strong foundation in accounting and finance
3. Knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS preferred
