Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews via phone, video, or in-person meetings.
Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to confirm availability and interview logistics.
Handle all pre-interview logistics: meeting rooms, travel support, assessments, and interview confirmations.
Conduct pre-hire assessments and manage logistics, licensing, and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment management system.
Generate reports, manage candidate trackers, and ensure end-to-end documentation compliance.
Support weekday and weekend hiring drives, including coordination, confirmations, and assessments.
Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Who Can Apply?
-Candidates with strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in recruitment operations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
