Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in clients, inquiries, and leads to explain available residential/commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct property site visits with clients and provide a consultative sales approach.
Understand customer requirements and match them to appropriate real estate projects.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain follow-ups, coordinate with back-office teams for documentation and payments.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing activities.
