5–8 years of proven experience in operations/management.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
