We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive product strategy, innovation, and execution for AppScan.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the global product roadmap for AppScan, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Drive product innovation leveraging emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to strengthen security offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, etc.) across geographies to deliver impactful outcomes.

Act as a customer and market-facing thought leader, representing the product at industry events, client engagements, and internal forums.

Ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Marketing, and Pega to enhance customer experience.

Leverage product management tools (e.g., Aha!) to optimize planning, prioritization, and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or enterprise software products.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling global products, driving strategy from concept to execution.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance market demands, technology trends, and organizational priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, cross-functional, and global environment.
• Deep understanding of application security and the role of AI/ML in enhancing product capabilities.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Marketing, and Pega. Experience with product tools like Aha! is a plus.
