Gen AI Engineer - Manager

The Generative AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing AI models that generate creative and intelligent outputs, such as text, images, code, audio or video. The role combines expertise in machine learning, deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to build and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance innovation and business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define GenAI strategy, technical architecture and solution roadmap.
2. Lead development of advanced models, enterprise GenAI platforms and AI-driven products.
3. Mentor and manage teams of AI engineers, data scientists and developers.
4. Oversee end-to-end delivery: data, modeling, evaluation, deployment and optimization.
5. Implement governance, security, ethical AI practices and performance standards.
6. Collaborate with leadership to identify new use cases and business opportunities.
7. Drive research, experimentation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills

1. Expertise in NLP, LLM training pipelines, deep learning architectures and generative models.
2. Strong technical leadership with experience managing AI/ML teams.
3. Proven ability in enterprise AI deployment, scalability and production reliability.
4. Advanced skills in cloud AI (AWS/Azure/GCP), MLOps and distributed systems.
5. Deep understanding of RAG, vector search, knowledge graphs and orchestration frameworks.
