Gen AI Engineer - Executive

The Generative AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing AI models that generate creative and intelligent outputs, such as text, images, code, audio or video. The role combines expertise in machine learning, deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to build and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance innovation and business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in training, fine-tuning and testing Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
2. Support prompt creation, optimization and evaluation for various tasks.
3. Help in preparing datasets, annotation, data cleaning and basic preprocessing.
4. Contribute to building small AI tools, chatbots, text/vision models and automation workflows.
5. Conduct quality checks, run experiments, benchmark models and document results.
6. Collaborate with developers, designers and product teams to integrate AI features.

Required Skills

1. Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning & NLP.
2. Knowledge of Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
3. Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, transformers and API-based AI services.
4. Understanding of prompt engineering basics.
5. Strong analytical, logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
