Deal Advisory

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Support financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments.
2. Analyze financial statements, cash flows, profitability, and operational performance of target companies.
3. Assist in company valuation, risk assessment, and identification of financial or operational gaps.
4. Prepare detailed reports, insights, and presentations for clients and senior management.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, risk, and strategy to provide actionable recommendations.
6. Participate in project planning, data collection and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications Required:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Finalist.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Skills Required:

1. Strong accounting, financial analysis, and business understanding.
2. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical tools.
3. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
4. Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
